Due to the power of Mito Red Light exceeding 20 minutes at once generally doesn’t provide additional benefits because your cells have a limited capacity to absorb the light energy, meaning prolonged exposure beyond a certain point leads to diminishing returns and could potentially become counterproductive, potentially causing skin irritation or damage if the intensity is too high.
